Our balloons have been filled with helium. Helium is a safe, non-flammable gas that is lighter than air and safe for the environment. Please do not inhale helium. Please call 311 if you have any questions about releasing helium balloons. *Strings must be cut when releasing latex balloons into the air- Thank you!
Our latex balloons are made from 100% biodegradable, natural rubber. They will float for 24 to 72+ hours, depending on the size. Latex balloons that have been specially treated with high-float will last 22x longer. Latex balloons can not be refilled. Foil balloons will float for 4 to 10 days, depending on the size. Foil balloons can conduct electricity if they come into contact with power lines. Please do not release them.
we can take your foil balloons once the helium is depleted and recycle them or we can refill them for a discounted price. (Foil balloons only)
Helium balloons are affected by temperature. Please don't leave them in a hot car or trunk. If they get rained on and start to droop, don't worry – they'll float again when dry. Cold weather will deflate foil balloons; warmer temperatures will re-inflate them. Balloons will be slightly under-inflated during hot weather to keep them from bursting. Latex balloons become cloudy when exposed to temperature changes. When placing balloons outside, direct sunlight and windy conditions may pop balloons. Try to avoid these elements if possible.
